Remember Who And What You Are!

In the context of contemporary legal frameworks, individuals (persons) and corporations are distinct legal entities. However, within their systemic structures, persons are often reduced to mere commodities, devoid of inherent rights. The conceptualisation of “persons” in such a system strips away the inherent rights typically associated with living beings, rendering them functionally inert.

Illusions of Ownership and Control

A key mechanism of control within this system is the propagation of illusions—illusions of freedom, ownership, and legal authority through codes and statutes that lack substantive legitimacy. The entities that exert control within this framework do so without genuine ownership, relying instead on unenforceable claims.

The Path to Freedom

The system’s power is sustained through these illusions until individuals collectively choose to assert and perfect their legitimate claims. Claim the name, claim the title deed, own the property!

Strategic Engagement and Withdrawal

Participation in the existing system can be likened to a strategic engagement, similar to the protagonist in “The Matrix,” who must navigate the system while remaining cognizant of its illusory nature. This necessitates continued adherence to certain legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., car registration, driver’s licenses) while focusing on areas where individuals retain co-creative powers.

Attention and Energy as Instruments of Change

Where one directs their attention and energy significantly influences their capacity to effect change. A critical analysis should be made of how much time is devoted to engaging with the existing system versus investing in the creation of new, equitable structures. The principle of equity emphasizes that those who seek fairness and justice must actively contribute to their realization.

In conclusion, the power to create and control new systems lies in the deliberate and informed actions of individuals who choose to disengage from the current paradigm and invest in alternatives that reflect their values and aspirations.

Equity = Investment of time, money, attention.

Equity Maxim: He who seeks Equity must do Equity

When we create it, we control it!
